Mer-chan really cares about our products and you. Please understand that our products are shipped and stored with extreme care from the moment we receive them and sent to you with the same amount of care. We’re willing to work with you if you are dissatisfied in any way.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, however, we do accept returns for exchanges or credit if there as been an error in processing your order.
In this case, please send the items back to us and we’ll cover the shipping costs with a pre-paid shipping label. We can get the label to you if you email us service@mer-chan.com and include the following information:
(a) Your name
(b) Order number
(c) Your email and mailing address
(d) What happened with your order
Once you’ve contacted us, we’ll get back to you asap about how to send the products back to us.
Please let us know soon after discovering the issue so we can fix it (like set aside any items you would like in exchange, because things can sell out pretty quickly). Please allow us a reasonable time to receive and process your return or exchange. All returns/exchanges must be made within 15 days of your order.
