We went to the the Swiss town of Einsieden for their famous “World Theater” carnival, the chilbi (pronounced “khill-bee”). The logo is an angel holding a lit packet of dynamite! Which sums up the sweet and slightly anarchistic chilbi. After winding your way through a forrest of bier gartens, you can risk your life on the carnival rides.
